Effective July 20, 2026
KeyTone Medical wants every visitor, including people with disabilities, to use this site to find our locations, understand our services, and reach our office. We treat web accessibility as part of running a medical practice, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our benchmark, and we review new content against it. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state, so some content or functions may not yet be fully accessible in every browser, device, or assistive technology.
Measures on this site include color contrast checked against WCAG ratios, including the site's headline colors; visible keyboard focus indicators and full keyboard operation of menus and forms; labeled form fields with error messages written in text next to the field they describe; semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers; alt text on meaningful images; text that scales with browser settings; and touch targets sized for motor accessibility. We review the site periodically and keep improving it.
This site links to services run by others, such as mapping and scheduling sites, whose accessibility we may not control. If you need help reaching information connected with a third-party service we use, contact us and we will provide it another way when we can.
If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or you'd like information from it in another format, call (650) 229-7395 or email admin@thekeytone.com. California Relay Service is reached by dialing 711. When you can, please include:
We will make reasonable efforts to fix the problem and to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative. Feedback about accessibility is welcome and acted on.
