Every treatment decision starts with an unhurried evaluation — your history, an examination, and a review of your imaging — before anything is scheduled.

Consultation
We go through your story, examine you, and review imaging together. You leave understanding what is driving your pain.
A plan you understand
Options from conservative care to image-guided procedures and orthobiologics — including which ones we would not recommend for you, and why.
Treatment, if indicated
Procedures are performed with fluoroscopy or ultrasound guidance. See the treatments page for what we offer.
Follow-up
We track your response and adjust — therapy, a repeat procedure, or a different approach.

Practical details

Before you request a visit.

AppointmentsOffice visits are by appointment only, with a waitlist maintained for earlier availability if requested.

Insurance & paymentOut of network with all insurance plans, including Medicare; visits are self-pay, with superbills provided for your reimbursement claims. Consultations begin at $200, and procedure pricing is provided before anything is scheduled. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and financing is available through CareCredit.

Holding your dateA $200 deposit reserves your appointment. It is applied toward the cost of your care, and is forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

ImagingReview of your existing imaging is included in the consultation — please send all imaging reports to our office before your appointment.
