Comprehensive QME
In-person evaluations with full history, examination, records review, and AMA Guides–compliant impairment rating.
For applicant and defense attorneys, claims adjusters, and hearing representatives: AMA Guides–compliant evaluations from a Stanford-trained, Board-Certified Physiatrist — QME panels, AME designations, and SIBTF cases.
In-person evaluations with full history, examination, records review, and AMA Guides–compliant impairment rating.
Follow-up examinations to assess for change in condition, MMI / P&S status, or response to treatment.
Written responses to additional records, post-evaluation imaging, and follow-up questions from counsel.
Standalone record review reports — without an in-person evaluation — when scope and circumstances require it.
Detailed analysis of industrial vs. non-industrial contribution to injury, supported by record review and Guides citations.
Deposition availability across California, with thorough preparation and direct, defensible testimony.
An AME works when both sides can trust the doctor before the report is written. Dr. Delisser is available for AME designation in PM&R and pain medicine cases — and invites counsel on either side to judge her by the record her QME work has built:
Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund claims rise or fall on the medical evaluation: the pre-existing labor-disabling conditions, the subsequent industrial injury, and whether the combined permanent disability reaches the statutory thresholds. That is whole-person, multi-system work — the core of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Our main office is in San Jose. In-person QME evaluations are also held at host offices across Northern and Central California; the assigned address is confirmed when the appointment is scheduled. Telemedicine and record-review work are statewide.
A note on neutrality. KeyTone Medical cannot place Dr. Delisser on a panel or advise either side whom to strike. The practice can provide credentials, office locations, and availability, then schedule once the physician has been selected through the appropriate process.
All QME, AME, and SIBTF scheduling runs through our management company, The Guardian Group. For records, questions, and other correspondence, use the contact form — our office responds within one business day.
