Office visits are made by appointment only, with a waitlist maintained for earlier availability if requested. A $200 deposit holds your appointment; it is applied toward the cost of your care and is forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
KeyTone Medical is out of network with all insurance plans, including Medicare. Clinical visits and procedures are self-pay, and on request we provide a superbill — an itemized, coded receipt — for you to submit to your plan for reimbursement under its out-of-network guidelines. Consultations begin at $200 and include review of your existing imaging — please send all imaging reports before your appointment. Procedure pricing is provided before anything is scheduled. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and financing is available through CareCredit.
